Your documents will be stored in our fire-proof vaults and kept safe and sound until you need them. And when you do require them just contact us and they will be delivered to your door.

What documents can I store?

We currently store, Wills - Enduring Powers of Attorneys - Birth Certificates - Marriage Certificates - Divorce Papers - Insurance and pension policies - Diplomas - Degrees - Certificates - Planning Consents - Deeds - NHBC Documents - and many more so if your not sure just contact us and we will be pleased to help you.

How will my Executors know where my documents are stored?

When we receive your documents for storage we will confirm their receipt by letter and send you identity cards for you and your Executors. These cards show your unique storage reference number and will also give details of how to contact us when needed.

How much does it cost?

	All your important documents will be stored in a personalised security wallet within our fire-proof vaults for which you pay only £20.00 per year by Direct Debit. This includes one free access each year with further access being available at £5.00 plus post and packing a time. If your documents require more than one wallet additional wallets will be stored at a reduced rate.
	All your important documents are stored as above but you can take advantage of a one-off, lump sum payment to cover your lifetime. This inflation-proof fee is £160.00 and if you wish you can spread the cost over 10 (ten) interest free monthly instalments payable by Direct Debit.
	Don't take the chance of your Will going missing. We offer all UK Nationals FREE registration of the whereabouts of your Will on our National Will Register. At any time in the future we can then confirm where your Will is located to your Executors or professional advisers.
